Today students were really engaged!!! We started the day with our garden chores - LOTS of weeds to pull. Then our friends from Patterson Farm came to visit. We completed a scavenger hunt in the garden as well as indoor activties which included making salsa, germinating a seed, and making a plant head! We ended the day by picking squash flowers from our garden, stuffed them with cheeses & basil, then baked and enjoyed.
